Vintage Royal Doulton EASTER DAY Figurine HN 2039 7 1/2" Beautiful Mint

This attractive Mid 20th Century Vintage Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, “Easter Day” ~ HN 2039, decorated in a multicoloured colourway, was designed by leading Doulton artist Leslie Harradine, and was issued from 1949 to 1969. This example fully marked on the base in green, with the printed Royal Doulton backstamp of the period, “Easter Day” Rd. No. 842489, { for 1944 }, COPR 1945, DOULTON & CO LIMITED, and in script, HN 2039 plus Painter’s Monogram, NW, possibly for Norman Woodings, listed as working at Doulton until 1963, but not matching his earlier monogram.
