We have been seeing 3-4 week delivery rates for first class mail and half the time they don't even bother scanning the item until it delivers..this is not always the case. We have lost hundreds and hundreds of $$ due to their incompetence and their new post master general within the last 3 months and Pricetronic is doing nothing to help the problem.
